Your bd9999 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify bd9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious activity, or any compromise of your login credentials. bd9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the breach resulted from your own negligence.

3.1 Account Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your bd9999 account. bd9999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings. Do not use the same password for bd9999 as you use for email, banking, or other financial services.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bd9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where bd9999 has reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed in relation to the account.
• The account activity presents an abnormal risk profile or indicates the use of prohibited software or strategies.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at bd9999's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

bd9999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though bd9999 may apply enhanced due diligence to deposits above a certain threshold. 4.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry period will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of bonus funds on excluded bet types, hedging strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. bd9999 reserves the right to void all relevant wagers, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bd9999. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the accuracy of the published odds at the time of placement.
• bd9999 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts, void bets, or close markets at any time without prior notice, including in the event of a technical error, a significant line movement, or suspected irregular wagering activity.
• In-play bets are accepted at bd9999's discretion and may be suspended or voided if a material event occurs between the time the bet is placed and the time it is confirmed in the system.
• For cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or other recognised authority) shall be the basis for all settlement decisions.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.
• The maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator is subject to the limits published in the Platform's betting rules section. These limits apply regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.

bd9999 takes match-fixing and corruption in sport extremely seriously. Any account found to have placed bets with knowledge of or involvement in match-fixing, illegal insider information, or any form of corrupt activity will be immediately closed, all relevant winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd9999 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

bd9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bd9999 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While bd9999 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform uptime and security, scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bd9999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond our reasonable control.
